Where is all the light bouncing off of between the previous slide and this slide? The floor?

@nebster100 I would assume the floor and and all other objects in the world space!

it looks like the light is coming off from above and bouncing off the floor and other objects

Why is the light suddenly dark in this image, whereas it was illuminated in the direct illumination image? Is this direct + one bounce, or just the one-bounce illumination isolated?
