Since the diffuse material have reflections to many angles, is this means that anything that we see in our daily life is considered as a diffuse material?

Mirrors are an example of an object that provides specular reflection. Although I suppose they might not be perfectly smooth and still have some diffuse reflection in practice, for the most part they still reflect rays along the angle of incidence.

Most materials that we do encounter are diffuse materials, and we typically model them as uniformly ideal diffuse materials, but in reality this is not the case due to irregularities in object's texture.
