I have heard about a saying that color blindness people tend to mostly like blue nad hate brwon. Does it have anything to do with the cone cells of human or it is just a psychological thing?

s(λ) is the spectral power distribution of the colored light we are viewing. rS(λ) is the spectral response of the S cone cell (and similarly for M and L).
