I'd argue that even though it's correct, this is still misleading, but at least they posted the percentages so all the data was available. I wonder if this was intentional, or just part of apples skeuomorphic style.
Actually, furthermore, as an aside, I wonder if their old skeuomorphic UI design was more challenging to accomplish from a graphics perspective since things have looked "lifelike". I figure most of the assets are pre-baked so it doesn't matter, but I'm guessing some of the animations might have been challenging.
