Lecture 4: Transforms (97)

Professor mentioned many video games limit you from looking up and down because the up vector and the view vector would be parallel so you cannot take cross product. How do video games get around that then to look up to the top? would they use a different up vector when you are viewing towards the top?


This is hard to explain in words. I'll try to remember to show this in class tomorrow. (Please remind me if I forget.)
