It was mentioned in lecture that the control points can be used as a bounding box for the Bézier curve. However, it appears that as the number of control points increases (at least in this example), the bounding box gets looser, making it less effective. Is there a way to remedy this in practice for an application that requires such a bounding box, or does it not even matter?
