In reading this slide, I had a thought in my mind. If red-green colorblind subjects were looking at a light mixed with blue and red lights, would they see only red or some sort of mixture?

I am a little confused about what "two primary colors" means here. For red-green colorblind people, the red and the green primary lights should be exactly same from my understanding, what if we only have these two lights? Could they tell the difference?
