How high does this latency have to be to be noticed? For a traditional monitor, I had heard that human eyes are barely able to tell the difference between a 60hz monitor and 144hz monitor (and this is including the potential for skipped frames), but on the other hand 360hz monitors are currently being released and some people are able to tell the difference reliably. I wonder how fast the VR rendering would have to be to be unnoticeably different (of course, barring all of the other ways that a person could realize a VR headset is attached to their head.)
