In this image, it seems like you can seem some "fireflies" which happens when surfaces with a lot of specularity have super small pdf values that cause the radiance to spike. In general, this image is difficult to path trace realistically as the output here does seem off. Light seems to be coming from different areas making importance sampling difficult.
