I had seen examples of colorblindness before (similar to the flower from the earlier slides), but I think seeing all of these pictures in one place really drove the point home for me. I wonder if there have been studies of whether people with colorblindness tend to interpret the world in a different way (not visually, but in terms of their emotions/opinions about the things around them. So many of the pictures here, including iconic moments (the Jordan dunk) and beautiful natural phenomena (the nebula and the sunset) seem completely different without their original color.
