Wherever we use sampling, aliasing is a concern.

Are there other examples of aliasing artifacts. outside graphics, that you have encountered in your studies and projects?

Aliasing can appear in other places involving sampling from signals, such as music. Recently, I found out that Lo-Fi music (lower fidelity music) can be created by intentionally introducing aliasing artifacts through the use of a low sampling rate on other songs or soundtracks: https://www.sageaudio.com/blog/mixing/how-to-create-a-distinctive-lo-fi-sound.php
