The curve of the P polarization is very interesting to me since it decreases as the angle increases. At a certain angle, known as the Brewster's angle, the reflectance for P-polarized light actually reaches zero. This is because at Brewster's angle, the reflected and refracted rays are perpendicular to each other, and the light is perfectly transmitted with no reflection. For most dielectric materials, the Brewster's angle occurs somewhere before reaching 90 degrees.
