In modern technology, especially within the last 5 years we have seen advancements in the way we can refocus pictures even after they have been taken. I'm curious as to how the phone/camera stores this raw data, even though some of it is blurred. In my understanding the camera has a certain focal length, which is what the "object" of the picture generally is, from the photographer's perspective. However, somehow we are able to refocus the image without physically taking a new image
