I think using the same sized grid for the entire space might be inefficient (for example deep water is way less dynamic compared to surface water). Can we use dynamic grid size to improve efficiency?

@tom5079 Yes. In fact we can use sparse grids for fluid simulation. And a highly efficient software called OpenVDB, which provides fast sparse grids and toolkits, is used widely in production.
