Lecture 17: Intro to Animation, Kinematics, Motion Capture (34)

I thought this youtube video (https://youtu.be/jTAtaPrN2CI) contained a pretty cool walkthrough of how forward kinematics works. While the slide on the left describes the points as linear equations, one could also consider refactoring them into matrices. By multiplying the matrices together, we can create an aggregate matrix that describes where one point will be after a series of actions, encapsulated by the matrix product. The video includes a great side by side of the math and a visual complement.
