Apple is reportedly releasing a new AR glasses next year: https://www.inverse.com/article/55267-wwdc-2019-apple-ar-headset Apple is releasing new ARKit tools this June, and new features include support for controllers with touch pads and stereo AR headsets along with ability to detect human poses. Based on these predictions, it's hypothesized that Apple is paving the way to create an AR headset.

It's interesting to remember that AR glasses have largely failed in the market thus far; wondering if maybe Apple can change that!
