It would be better to bound the lighthouse with solid walls. Since the light transmitter is used here, if we have a window or glass wall next to a lighthouse that could probably cause reflection of light to some angle, we will lose the actual position of the headset and the controllers because of this interference.

From my personal experience, this setup is proving the best tracking quality. especially the signal(IR) would not be blocked from human body since it track from two sides. Also, only one light house would also work, but lower quality.
